Angliss Hospital
The staff all were very helpful today on my (unfortunate) visit. From reception, Emergency nurses and doctors all very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to nurse SJ and Dr Ray who looked after me today. SJ made my emergency experience all the better really settling my nerves and anxiety with her outstanding customer service and lovely friendly nature. Wish she was my nurse at all blood tests, she really made the process a breath of fresh air -thank you very much!

Absolutely useless. 5 hrs and 3 people have gone in before us. No care, all I get at the nurse window is I don’t know. Employ more doctors. This is definitely not an EMERGENCY HOSPITAL. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst hospital i have ever been to. I was told the wait time was 2-3 hours so I waited that amount of time then after 3 hours I asked if it would be much longer only to then be told (by an extremely rude nurse) it was a 7-8 hour wait so I waited that amount of time to then be told by a different, also very rude nurse, that they had run out of time" to see me and sent me home without any medical attention. I have never in my life experienced such disregard as a human being or patient. The nurses there do not care at all and treat you like nothing."

10/10! Firstly, all the staff were very personable. I was treated like a valuable person by each nurse that attended to me, they were friendly empathetic and constantly checking on my needs. Prior to going “under” the surgery team were so great to put my mind at ease, positive and calming with a few laughs. The hospital itself was very comfortable, warm and pleasant. I could have easily spent another night! I can’t speak highly enough of this hospital, and had such a positive experience. Thank you to all who made the effort to treat me like a person, not a number. I would definitely recommend!

I went to the ER twice in a week. The nurses and doctors were absolutely fantastic. As soon as I was seen to they started medication for the start of pneumonia. They looked after me so well. I have the highest respect for the Angliss staff.

Thankyou to the staff we encountered in the Emergency Department this morning. They were so pleasant, attentive and professional. A cup of tea for patient and carer was a bonus. We left feeling more positive about resolving the patient’s medical issue.

My wife did Appendicitis surgery here. Everyone was amazing! The doctors were very professional and patient with our questions. The nurses were so friendly and professional as well.They are our local heroes ❤️

Visited Emergency at this Hospital and was extremely satisfied with the service and treatment received. Nothing was a trouble and it was very professional, as everyone was caring and helpful during all processes while being admitted and diagnosis of concerns.This was the first time using this facility and was so impressed will do it again if needed. The Doctors and Nurses were all extremely helpful and ensuring. Every test possible was done to ensure the correct answer was given.

Being transferred from Boxhill to here for our birth was a huge blessing. The midwives in both birth suite and the maternity ward were amazing. The surgical and recovery doctors and nurses that did our emergency c-section were an amazing team of people and made us feel super safe and secure. Thank you!
