Free Rein Wellbeing - Equine Assisted Learning

Shelley (and her beautiful horses) at Free Rein Well-being really helped me to get in touch with my inner self and the issues I was having. Shelley has a gentle nature and was absolutely fantastic to work with. There is something to be said for EAL and a facilitator who 100% knows what they're doing... I highly recommend Free Rein Well-being to anyone who is in need of help working through personal problems and understanding who they are.I'm definitely signing up for the mediation classes too!

Shelly has just started working with my daughter, and already the change in attitude and outlook on life has changed. My girl now has coping mechanisms in place and I know how to best support her. We both have grown and I can't thank Shelly enough.
