Very rude female staff member. Didn’t know I needed mask - general info is masks not required.Reluctantly she gave me one. She became more stroppy because I could not understand her strong accent behind mask. Not the first time I’ve encountered difficult staff at this clinic. I’ll go elsewhere in future.

The pathologist Deb, eased my anxious mind, & got me first time easily, which has been difficult over the years, I will be revisiting. I must have been lucky as there was no wait time either.

Extremely rude, could be at least civil especially as you have no idea what is going on in someone's life. Rude, ignorant, arrogant and rough got bruises to prove it. Bad day at the office and I coped it. dont dare ask about a mask cause that really set her off. Be nice it costs nothing
