I would like to thank all the wonderful people at European Electronics. The service was excellent, the attention to detail was exceptional. I had a B&O stereo circa 1982 that was missing the arm. With expertise it was reattached and the unit is now working as if it was bought yesterday. Thank you so much for your regular updates and reasonable repair rates. It was not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be. Catherine

I took my Sony tv to European electronics for repair, from the moment l called them the whole team was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by calling Sony about the issue, with Sony agreeing l didn't have to pay for the part. Thank you European electronics. I'd easily recommend you guys

I had a blown out light in my Panasonic Microwave Oven 6mths out of warranty, I left it to get assessed. Within two days I get a call to come and pick it up all repaired nothing to pay. Many thanks to Panasonic and the team at European Electronics Moorabbin.

After trying a number of other repairers, the folk at European Electronics analysed the root cause of our B and O Beo 5 not working properly. It was a motherboard issue and they got down and dirty to repair it. Been perfect since being reinstalled at home.Angelo kept us informed over the past months as they looked for the solution. Always professional and courteous, and reasonably priced for the effort they put into the fix. Would happily recommend them for their expertise.

The team at European Electronics are 1st Class all the way.Took my Sony Amplifier to have it looked at, found a set of dry joints and failing capacitors, which explained why the unit was not performing at its best.I was called once the review of my Amplifier was complete, fully explained what the issues were, what was required to repair the unit and the cost for parts, labour etc, all very reasonable.My Amplifier is now back home working like new.....perhaps better thanks to the team, great workmanship, clear concise explanations and very reasonable cost.Most highly recommended for your repairs, thank you team extremely happy customer....

I have dealt with European electronics couple of times they are very professional they saw my tv picked up fault right away very knowledgeable staff especially Alex very polite and professional best service staff around they know their suff

Panasonic informed us we needed to take our microwave to European Electronics for assessment as a warranty claim. That we did, 2 weeks after dropping the microwave off I called and was informed a tech had not yet looked at it, another week went by, I called again I was informed it was now sitting with Panasonic for approval. I received a call from Panasonic the following week informing me repairs ad been approved. I waiting another week and called European Electronics to be informed my repairs had been approved and I needed to wait another 7-10 days. That I have, I called European Electronics this morning to be informed the parts had arrived and I will receive a call back to inform me how long it will take to repair. I have found this entire experience appalling, and if I had my time again will definitely not be taking anything to this company again.

Had two technicians fit a new motherboard to my 3 month old Sony Bravia.I found them prompt and courteous.The second technician attended only to assist the removal of the TV (75 inch), from the wall mount.

I can very highly recommend Angelo and his team for the repair completed on my Bang & Olufsen Beocentre 9300.The CD player door did not slide open and the Laser disc player had stopped working. European Electronics fixed the CD player and also many small faults that they discovered.The Beocentre 9300 was the flagship music centre back in its day. Angelo persevered in tracking down the parts overseas and sourced the correct laser lens optical pick up for my particular unit, keeping me informed along the way.I have learnt over the years to respect the level of expertise and product knowledge of the B&O repair centres and Angelo and his team met this service level.Thanks Angelo Great Work!
