Coles Gungahlin

I ordered from this store. They not only came an hour late but gave me the wrong items AND ALL MILK WAS EXPIRED. The staff over the phone were refusing to help until I threatened to report them. The amount of Incompetent people I had to deal with was astounding. How did you even get such a low level job and you can't even handle issues that raise from your neglect

Description:- I went to click& collect bay at coles and he served me at the click and collect bay. First of all i am a delivery boy and work for those customers who order online and receive their grocery at door step. Before collecting my delivery i called them and asked if they can bring my order and he said he will be there in 10 min. I was waiting there for more than 30 min and he came with the deliveries of other people . I politely asked him how long will it take for my delivery to which he replied he is busy, to which i replied i know you are busy but i have been waiting for my online order for more than 30 min and even though you don’t see those customers they should also be given equal respect and priority . He very rudely told me to either wait or cancel the order and leave. He abused me in his native language but i understood as we share the common language. He is very rude to the delivery guys and never smiles while serving the delivery guys like us. I find it racist as well. I think there is a need to recognise this kind of behaviour and the people who are doing this. There is a need to put these people on review for such a misbehaviour and strict actions need to be taken against them. I think there are a lot of people in the market who know this industry and importance of customer service but don’t get any opportunity. 
Please revert back what actions were taken against him.

As much as I love shopping here within the store. The ability to get my full order from the click and collect bays is almost impossible. Over the past month I am consistently having to chase items missing from our order, most of the items are foods to use for dinner. Never getting an Invoice with it either so you're left to wonder if it's forgotten or out of stock. The crew are lovely but this brings down the experience 9 times out of 10.

Awesome service by a young lad named Cooper today, working Australia Day. I couldn't find the red lentils my mother likes, but Cooper went above & beyond to find them for me. Then when we were finished shopping, we were queued at the only checkout open with a Coles worker. The rest were all self service. But out of nowhere came Cooper to open up another checkout for me & my 96 year old Dad & serve us very quickly & efficiently. Well done Cooper, you have restored my faith that great service still exists!

Coles online service and customer services is utterly bad and disgusting. Extremely poor and incompetent service. My family and friends have had bad experience with their online services orders everytime they shop.They get charged for their orders but only 5 % of the order get delivered and rest who knows whats happened they don't have the courtesy to inform the customers but to get a refund for the product not delivered its impossible to get a refund. Also having delivery drivers are pretty bad they chucked the bags near the door dont even pay attention to fragile items like eggs etc.half the time the eggs are broken due to the bad handling of the delivery bads handled by the driver. Overall I give Coles a big 0 score for their management of the online order very unsatisfactory.service"

Great fresh fruit and veg available but it was difficult to navigate the store on walking sticks with so many 'cages' blocking the aisles.

Big store with a good Asian food section but no mobile phone signal and staff packing home orders are always getting in the way of shoppers. They're completely hopeless for online orders too, make sure you double check you receive everything you ordered because I bet they missed something, I don't think I ever had an order filled with no issues in the two months that I tried their home delivery service.

Coles was my preferred supermarket and has been since 2008. However, the recent changes to the layout and changes to food locations around the isles has created confusion. You can't keep changing where you place items...it disrupts the Feng Shui of shopping! I have also noticed inconsistency with availability of some Gluten free items. I have felt the sting of the significant price creep across the range. They are good at identifying what has been locked in but even better at not disclosing price increases. Prove me wrong and indicate price history on all of your items. I have cadt my vote by shopping elsewhere.

Much preferable over the other supermarkets in surrounding.Well presented aisles with variety products.Access to the parking is relatively easy.

In what world is chobani fit protein yoghurt an appropriate substitution for udder delights Brie cheese? My cotton candy grapes also got swapped over for mini apples?
