Delivery person called the intercom and walked away immediately. I know this because I answered the intercom call within a few seconds and saw him walking away. I went down to get the package as he was putting it back into the van. I called him out on the attempted delivery" which he took exception to and then refused to give me my parcel and drove away!"

Another frustrating non-delivery. Door bell not rung and just a card left even though someone was home and there is a safe area for parcels! Ridiculous!!!

This depot of Star Tracks really has it together. Super efficient, really friendly staff and the yard drivers really are absolute gold. As an interstate truck driver, it's always a pleasurable experience here.

Completely unreliable and should be avoided at any cost. Driver just pulled up in driveway and put calling card in letterbox without waiting for me to get out to front gate of my acreage property. Staff at call center no help whatsoever. Sack your lazy drivers startrack and lift your game.

Worst experience ever with a delivery man. The delivery man knocked the front door and I ran to the door and opened. Maybe I was a bit late. The delivery man was already in his truck and drove backward on my driveway. I am 100% sure he saw me but he kept driving back and just ran away!!! Plus, he even didn't left a missed delivery card in my mailbox lol.I will definitely mention this issue to the sender so they don't use this company anymore.

They claimed to deliver to my address and claim to have a signature. There was nobody home to sign, and my security camera never saw the delivery driver. Do they use invisible delivery drivers? Customer service just pretend to care, do an ‘investigation’, then claim ‘not our fault’. Pathetic!

Driver didn’t attempt delivery at door, but left a sorry we missed card in the letter box. Arrived at post office per card instructions and they hadn’t delivered the package there on time either. No way to contact driver, no real time updates. Avoid StarTrack at all costs.
