Extremely tasty food with excellent customer service. I came as a group and the staff is very considerate for our serving. Instead recommending extra food, she only reckon the sufficient amount, which make us full at the reasonable cost. Definitely will come again :)

Very disappointing considering the friends who invited us there said the last time she was there many years ago it was outstanding. So not sure if it was just a bad night and I do recognise they were busy.However I still don't think that's a good enough excuse for simple hospitality basics such as....*Someone to provide some water for the table.*Someone to take our order.*Providing rice (which the 4nofnus had ordered) with the main dishes they had put on the table*A missing order of ours, this after they delivered someone elses order to our table & asked us if we were sure we hadn't already got stuck into it (we hadn't cos it wasn't a dish one would typically eat without some rice, fortunately for them & the other customers as we were hungry & it looked like somethingwe had ordered)All things we had to to literally sing out & try and grab a writers attention for when waiting long enough to realise it wasn't coming, unless we asked.Not much empathy shown under the circumstances, but also not surprising considering they had a kid working which I can appreciate and support but not on a busy Saturday night. Maybe some training on quieter nights till he's ready and upskilled to handle the busier nights. Not that he was getting much support/direction from the more experienced staff who also lacked any empathy or understanding of the situation unfolding throughout the night.Food was tasty, however very small serves compared to other Thai restaurants I've visited. So overall disappointing and I won't be returning or recommending, not when there's lots of other Thai restaurants who still provide those hospitality fundamentals, even on a busy night.

Overall an enjoyable dinner, lovely flavours. Felt that the portion sizes were on the smaller end compared to other Thai restaurants. I'm used to getting a basket of roti rather than a few cut up.

Good food but sadly they have priced me out. There are various good Thai restaurants in the area that haven’t increased their prices like Payom. We were a table of 4.We looked at their website before booking but their website doesn’t reflect the price increasesTo top it off I got charged $2.81 to pay with my credit card.

Prices shown on the Payom Thai takeaway online menu are significantly out of date. A basic 12.90 Curry is actually $15.90. Management offered excuses about not having a password to update access and edit prices on their website!.Not impressed for having to enquire, time wasted and of course the higher than advertised price charged.After checking the Menulog site, it shows $15 for basic curry dishes, (still wrong compared to actual prices).Person taking our order missed an item, honest mistake.The food that we did get was very good.

Tonight’s takeaway wasn’t as impressive as I remember it sadly. Roti bread was nice and fluffy but my pad see ew lacked flavour and I actually had to add my own soy sauce to give it a lift. Still to satisfy my Thai cravingOriginal reviewWe picked up Thai takeaway for Father’s Day tonight and it was some of the yummiest I’ve tried. Despite one family member arriving near 9pm and us eating it lukewarm it was still utterly delicious. Pad Thai, massamum, cashew nut and pad see ew accompanied by coconut rice and spring rolls all really flavoursome and super tasty. I think I’ve found my new local

Nice decor and great authentic Thai food.Love the pork belly salad and their curries-Panang and Green curry. One of the better Thai restaurants in Ringwood/Mitcham/Croydon/Heathmont. Prices are comparable to other Thai restaurants in the vicinity.

Not a bad thai restaurant. Convenient location on Canterbury Rd. Large restaurant with lots of seats.Food was quite nice, especially the massaman curry & the Thai basil with prawns.The tempura prawns weren't very good, the batter was wrong. The satay sauce on the chicken skewers was delicious.Service was fast, friendly & efficient.Some people say it's pricey, didn't really see it. $150 for 5 people and everyone was full.

Some of the best Thai food that I’ve ever eaten. The service was great with warm and friendly staff…. and my margarita was made with real lime juice. If you like Thai, you’ll love this!! Wonderful night
