I strongly agree with everyone who has provided positive feedback for this business. From the first phone call, you are made to feel welcome. The point of difference is that they genuinely care. You can feel it. Anyone can write a marketing spiel about caring for their clients, but this is openly displayed at Promind, visit after visit. I expected something like a specialist's waiting room environment....look down while you wait for your name to be called, go and have your brief chat and leave the way you came. I can promise you that ProMind is nothing like this environment and even after my very first visit, I did not leave the way I came in. What a positive experience this has been and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone. Liken it to visiting a friend with whom you can be completely yourself. Disgusting service, only in it for the money!Fees went up over 20% overnight, with no explanation.Only used 6 out of the 10 allowed sessions and was told LESS THAN 24 HOURS before hand that the plan was no longer valid. Wanting me to get a new plan, or pay the private fee. Cancelled the appt, and THEN WAS CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE, all because they didn't notify they wouldn't accept the plan. No issue if the plan had expired, but not to be told with enough notice to arrange a new one, or to cancel? DISGUSTING GREEDY SERVICE. Prices may not have changed since the beginning of Jan 2021, but they did go up from $180.00 to $220.00, so 20% increase overnight!. Without disclosing who I know had the misfortune of trusting you, I can confirm the Medicare rebate was not discussed with any primary decision makers. However glad to see you didnt comment that the first priority and duty was to your patience well being, because your priority is your bank balance. You had so many options to make this right by your client, however choose to line your pockets first.
