Mark provided excellent service in providing independent pre-handover plumbing inspection for my new home. The pre-handover checks included check for leaks throughout the plumbing of the house (he checked the toilets, tap and waste); cctv inspection of the sewer & stormwater drainage etc. He identified various drainage, gutter and ducting issues which the builder were not forthcoming about - and his reports on defects were thorough and detailed, including photos and enabled me to request the builder to fix. What was important to me was that he was truly independent and was prepared to stand up to what was not done right. He was also very professional, prompt and reliable in attending to the appointments.
