Despite paying $4000 more for the recommended “Ecofinish Aquabright” surface over pebblecrete, we experienced multiple and significant issues with the surface. Even though we are well within the 10yr warranty (with Ecofinish) Ken has not been willing to rectify these issues. A very disappointing experience.
