Charles was extremely helpful, with info on the product and the time it would take to make and install it. The guys who installed the chairlift were prompt, professional and cleaned up after the installion. Very impressed with this company.

I would not recommend PRKing to anyone. I was assured certain things about my chairlift ,it was a second hand one, and it was all lies and it has cost me many hundreds of dollars in repairs. Also one charge was close to four hundred dollars for a call out fee before repairs were done. A very unhappy customer.

As a potential customer i called to enquire about a stairlift. The gentleman that answered my call, went above and beyond to explain building code compliance and gave me some advice how to proceed. Even though after finding out I was not his ideal customer (I'm after a commercial product and I didn't know you cannot fit stairlifts into a commercial building due to compliance).I feel he went above and beyond to help me understand and didn't just brush me off. THANK YOU

i got a stannah stairlift from charles and i am very happy with my stannah stairlift and it is the best thing i ever had and the service was absolutely amazing p.r. king and son went out of their way to help me anyway they could and nothing was to much trouble and they were very kind people and i am so pleased that i went with them and i would highly recommend them to everyone that wants one of these because i don't know what i would do with out it. and the staff that work their are really good they go out of there way to help you and want to make sure that everything is okay for you, thats why i gave them 5 stars for a rating.

My Lifestyle Lift is handily placed to go between the upper and lower living areas of my house. At all stages of the consultation, decision-making and installation processes the staff at P.R. King were helpful, communicative and professional, and they ensured a smooth and trouble-free installation. I use my lift many times a day. I love it's convenience, and no more carrying washing, groceries etc up and down the stairs! I'm expecting it will enable me to stay in my home for many years to come.
