Absolutely no stock of seperate sheets, they only sell sets! 3 disinterested staff hanging around the check out instead of assisting. I headed straight to the Hawthorn store which had helpful staff and what I needed.

Relatively expensive for the quality on offer. Discounted lines offered limited sizes and fitness for deeper mattresses.

Sold me the tackiest most poor quality blanket for $50 and acted like it was normal that it malts red tufts all over my house no matter what we do and suggested I shake it out.

I recently witnessed a young, female staff member ask a customer why they were not wearing a mask in quite a rude and confronting tone. The staff member did not even greet the customer, as you would expect in a customer service role. The customer explained that she had an exemption, to which the staff member demanded to see proof of. As a bystander, my husband and I were gobsmacked by this. The customer proceeded to defend her rights, stating that her private medical information is something that is to be kept between herself and her doctor only. The staff member dismissed this and asked the customer for proof once again. The customer reiterated that she had a valid exemption that was only the business of herself and her doctor, before stating that she did not feel comfortable showing proof of her exemption particularly as it triggered her and reminded her of the severe trauma she had previously suffered, which was the basis of her exemption. This was appalling to see and must have been distressing for the customer. I hope to never witness behaviour like this again. Staff should be made aware that it is in fact illegal to ask another person for the reason behind an exemption and also to ask them to show proof of their exemption. Staff should educate themselves with the information provided on the Victorian Government's coronavirus website and also the Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission website as a starting point. I would strongly consider taking legal action for discrimination if I were the customer. I also suggest treating people kindly, with compassion, and without judgement. My family, friends, and I will no longer be shopping at Bed Bath N' Table.

I think the staffs there were very dissatisfied with their job since they looked pretty uninterested in anyone or anything in the store. I visited the store earlier and was having a conversation with my friend, at the same time I heard someone said “how’s going guys” but we didn’t react to them immediately because apparently we were in the middle of something. Right after that I heard a “Jesus Christ” from one of them, and rest of them said “I know right” in an ironic tone.After this my friend went to the front to pay but none of the staffs looked alive. My friend said thank you at the end just like any other human beings would do, however the girl just gave her back a ‘smile’ that lasted for 0.5 seconds and zero words.Overall it’s a weird store and we will never recommend anyone to visit there. I went in the store and brought it to the attention of two staff that they needed to refill their hand sanitizer bottle. Even put it up at cash register. Then spoke to anothers staff member. She put the bottle back on the table I said it needed to be filled. She said there was still some in there and proceeded to ignore me.

I ordered 2 lanterns 3 weeks ago. I picked 1 in store from the store shelf and the other was supposed to arrive from Brighton warehouse in 3 working days. I was supposed to get a phone call from you , No news or nothing arrived I popped to this store after 1 week I was met by an aggressive lady staff who just shut me off blaming the warehouse error. 2nd week, I was promised a call on Wednesday nothing I popped to the store over the weekend allowing way sufficient time I was told 4 lanterns arrived from Brighton staff sold it. I was shown the one on the floor shelf which was sratched when I queried why was I not notified of the new arrived and as I was waiting no answer to my question ! 3rd week now, I was promised a call back by Tuesday latest and upto date nothing. Entirely poor service and as a loyal customer who spends so much money in your store I’m disgusted. Please SORT my order or refund me ! Simple as that ! @bedbathNtable get your act together!!

The young lady at the register had some pretty unenthusiastic and unhelpful customer service. Wanted to browse the otherwise empty store but just felt like she wanted me out of there.

I visited around late afternoon on 31 December.Two young staff members are chatting at the counter. After approaching the counter, waiting, and waiting for the conversation to end, I then ask for help, in which the response is a unanimous side-eye from both staff as if I’d rudely interrupted some kind of new world order committee. The responses to the question were acted out as if I’d asked to land man on the moon, when in reality all I asked was if they stock firm down pillows.
