Shaver Shop Chermside

Cheats. No manager in store to sort out issues. Staff tried to pass the buck. Too busy to look after existing customers and their issues. Served by Sam who was very ignorant and totally not fit to work in retail. Fobbed us off and was busy looking after new customers. Dont buy from these guys. They will sell you a product but wont help you if it fails. Cheats!!!

Very helpful, friendly staff.Had a short interaction here yesterday with a girl that could tell I was in a bit of a rush but made sure I was getting the right things I needed and prevented me from making a mistaken purchase which I'm really grateful for. Made getting caught in the rain worth it, thank you

Went in to buy a shaver comb that stated on their website only available in store. Went in store to ask if they had it and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was troubling her and simply said 'no'. I then asked if there were any other options and without budging she said 'no'. Didn't offer to look up if the product was available at another store or give any helpful advice. Was a poor experience.A few days later I was at North Lakes Shaver Shop and had a completely different experience. They lady had 1 of the combs I was after but even with the one she did not have she was very friendly and took my name and contact details down to let me know when she gets more in stock. A little helpfulness goes a long way and didn't take more than a minute extra of her time.

Fantastic customer service. I have had nothing but friendliness and kind, understanding staff. 100% would recommend and will be back :)

Went to shaver shop Chermside today. When I walked in first time, the sales person Jason went straight past me and asked others in the store if they needed help. Went in again and he did the same thing.I chose the product by myself and purchased it.I don't think he likes ethnic people in his store. Jason should receive further training in common decency.

Wanted to buy a gift for my partner but I had no clue what’s what. After speaking with the lovely lady working she helped me narrow down to a couple of shavers. She told me exactly how to use those shavers and how to take care of them. The knowledge and customer service I got was fantastic. I Definitely recommend.

had to replace a cable on a new shaver i had only recently bought cause i lost it.. The guys in there didn't even try and talk me in to buying a new one. They pulled out a box of spare cables and sorted it out. Offered to pay and they wouldn't even consider it. Great service.. would highly recommend

A LOT of the hair clippers in your website are sold out - which isn't obvious until the product link is clicked on and a new window opens.

I'm giving 4 stars only due to my experience with the team member. I made a purchase online for click and collect, after receiving notification that my item was ready to be collected I headed into the store. There were 2 team members that I could see, a male stocking the shelves and a female at the counter. I approached the counter and was met with a glare by the female team member. I said hi" and she just stared at me
