Poor experience. Chose self service register as others full.Register faulty and waited several minutes for a staff member to fix a ‘please wait for a staff member’ error.After it was amended by a girl who breezed past without so much as a hello. The error reoccurred immediately and rather than fixing it she proceeded to change the roll on the adjacent register that no one was on and ignored me. I gave her several more moments - enough for her to leave again and come back with a spare roll and begin to change it - and asked politely if she may be able to attend to the error and she snapped she was busy.She then made a scene telling I was in the wrong.It was so embarrassing! I expected better from a company with the budget for proper customer service training.A poor example of when employees think they’re untouchable when they are rude in the first place!

Had all the stuff I went looking for, and more. I had to restrain myself shopping because the stuff was there.Staff very friendly. Lost 1 Star on rating because they had no plastic bags at check out... Only offering Christmas Themed Paper Gift Bags that cost too much.

It is always a fun time at DTC's Kmart!The staff are friendly and the products...reasonable qualiy for the price you pay. I always come home with more than I expected to buy, this shop has a way of convincing you that you need their products in your life. Which is excellent marketing!One issue I have, is how big the aisles are, I get exhausted walking from the party section to the electronics section in the opposite corner. It would be great if the store was smaller and more condensed. Aisles big enough for wheelchairs and scooters to maneuver, but not wide enough for a truck to easily fit.Another issue I have, and this is more directed at DTC, is the parking. The shopping centre is becoming increasingly busier as it expands and more stores are built. The carpark, unfortunately, has remained the same size.This wouldn't be a problem if the stores were all connected, but it is frustrating to have to park on the opposite side of where you need to shop, and then be forced to walk in the rain to get there. The lack of parking on Kmarts side is not sufficient. More parking spaces please!

I recently visited Kmart Delacombe and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my shopping experience. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, with a wide variety of products available. I found everything I needed and more, from clothes to household items to electronics. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to find great deals on many of the items I purchased. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. The store was clean and well-maintained, and it had a great selection of products. I will definitely be returning to Kmart Delacombe in the future for all of my shopping needs.

I can't remember his name but there was a guy working at the self serve checkout tonight who was an absolute sweetheart. Great customer service and all around vibe. It's always pretty well stocked compared to other kmarts as well so there's that.

There was 6 kids there clearly mucking around last friday night, they were messing with the toys and especially spiderman toys and the overall atmosphere is really good and they are always well kept and stocked and i very much enjoy it here

Advertising that there open on a Saturday till 10 pm came to kmart DTC at 9:20 pm to find the store closed needed something for my baby not impressed
