Leah's Wax Works Cronulla

30min wait with no queue, barley any work on the sides. Served others before starting with me ( as I was laying down). Felt invisible no chat or anything. Would take the 10min car ride Miranda over the convenience of the location here.

Not just for women, Leah's is so professional and comfortable for men too. Bright and fresh, clean and tidy (and inexpensive), Leah's is a great place to go for men's waxing, especially back and shoulders. The girls who work at Leah's Cronulla are so friendly and they know their stuff too! See Abbey or Georgia - I couldn't go anywhere else. Five stars.

Worst waxing experience ever! I’ve been getting waxed for over 20 years and thought I’d give Leah’s a try. NEVER AGAIN!Not only was I left covered in scraps of wax there were whole areas still covered in hair!!If you don’t want to do male waxing just say so.

Love coming to Leah's @ Cronulla. Have been coming to Georgia for over a year now for brows / tan / nails and before that Abbey since 2015 and won't go anywhere else. Service is great, space is clean, prices are affordable! Would recommend to anyone in need of a salon in the shire! Keep up the good work :)

Absolutely awful facial felt like way to much product has been thrown on my face and the painful exfoliation left my skin bleeding a little in places. Masks were left on for so long my skin was burnt and i thought the beautician forgot about me. Although the prices were affordable i would not recommend. However the place was extremely clean credit to them for that was impressive.

Walked in with no appointment and only had to wait 10 minutes for a quick wax at a great price.

Georgia is the best! Makes it all pain free, very quick & efficient! Couldn’t recommend her work enough. Lovely lady, always happy to have a chat!

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!I made an appointment for 10:30am for a wax on a Sunday, when I arrived (5 minutes early) the lady at reception told me it wouldn't be long.I then waited 45 MINUTES, before being brought into one of the back rooms! Where I proceeded to wait for another 10 - 15 minutes until one of girls came in for my treatment.I could have forgiven that but the wax itself was the worst I've ever had!! She didn't remove all the hair and didn't even wax the complete area I paid for. I've never been tender for 48 hours after a wax until this nightmare either.I understand she was rushed as there was a line up of upset customers but you at least attempt to make it right with your clients. We all respect their time by showing up on time and I don't think its a lot to ask if they respect ours.If they called before hand and told me that there was a delay or at least when I had arrived if they had communicated it then that would have been fine. There's heaps of coffee shops around..I've been going to the same beauty salons in Cronulla for years and never had anything but professional experiences. Sadly a few of my favourites have closed so I thought I'd try Leah's - FIRST AND LAST TIME!

I had my eyebrows waxed today and they look shocking. All I asked was for the bottom of my eyebrows to be waxed just to Tidy them up and to not touch the top. They were taken waaaayyyyyy to thin and then proceeded to pluck my eyebrows so they are further apart now lol. I literally just needed the bottom tidied, they’re always in shape and now they look ridiculous . I wasn’t even asked how they feel or look, nor was I given a mirror to have a look. The lady said , there you go all done and walked out of the room. I left with hair all over my face and lop sided eye brows. The Miranda store has never disappointed but the lack of professionalism at Cronulla was astonishing.

Appalling service & technique. Lash Tint wasn't rinsed. Black streaks down my face 5mins after. I had to go home & rinse only too find most lashes not tinted. As for waxing will have to have repeated. First & last time customer...never again!!
