System installed 5 years ago. Recently serviced by another company who cited poor installation, all ducts not hung a regulation they should be, short cuts taken using misfitting ducts resulting in no air flow to bedroom. Only 5 star rating from the owner...........

Trulec installed a Fujitsu split system for us 5 years ago. Have had nothing but problems with it since. They came out in January to service" our system and re-gas. It worked a few times after and now not working at all.Have had to get another electrician in to fix up the electrical stuff ups and now another company to fix split system. Cant make a warranty claim as they will not send me the compliance certificate!!"
