Gorgeous terrains lots to see make sure to wear adequate clothing bloody cold.

Rainbow Lake walking track
Very short and easy trail, it was quite muddy though and soaked my tennis shoes so waterproof boots would be recommended. Also the flies were quite bad so recommend long clothing to protect you.Not a bad place for a short walk, but not much to really see there.If I'm being honest I would suggest doing the nearby Sawpit Creek Waterfall track for better views and path. Didn't have a much issues with the bugs but was also a bit muddy.

Rainbow Lake walking track
Great walk. Relatively easy though some hills and small creek crossings. Depending on the conditions, parts of it can be a little bit wet at times.

Rainbow Lake walking track
Stunning little walk. Lots of wild flowers and a beautiful lake at the end. Worth a little detour if you’ve got an hour and a half to spare.

Beautiful short walk up in the mountains. Accessible throughout the year except in the thickest bit of winter. Lots of wildlife and rainbow lake is pristine and beautiful

Rainbow Lake walking track
A short walk to a small lake that was dammed to use as a water source for a hotel that has long since burnt down. The path is unmarked but just follow the ruts of the people that have walked before. Gets a bit muddy in places and a couple of hops over streams. Nothing much at the lake, but a nice short walk. Lots of flowers in Feb, and march flies as well.
