Banksia Seafood and Grill
We spent the evening at this lovely restaurant with great service and even better food. The salmon was incredibly well done and even for those that don‘t want fish there is also beef and chicken on the menu!

Banksia Seafood and Grill
We ordered fish of the day which was Barramundi with risotto and snapper and chips for main. Both were fresh and beautifully cooked. The risotto was probably the best I have ever had. For dessert, we had a white chocolate brownie which was complex enough with a nice presentation. All in all we were really satisfied with them and found the quality as good as a fancy restaurant in Sydney or Melbourne!

Attended this amazing venue for a family wedding on the weekend. Decor beautiful!! Food delicious, staff very friendly and professional! Seafood Chowder sooo good, would ❤ the recipe.Well done everyone you put on an awesome night for the newly weds.

Banksia Seafood and Grill
We were staying in Hervey Bay for the weekend, and wanted a nice dinner on the Sunday. We rocked up here at 5.30pm when it opened, to find several other keen diners already there. This is a large, airy, bright space, all in white, clean and lovely. Service was wonderfully friendly, helpful and prompt. There is a bar if you feel like a cocktail. We started off with sparkling water, served with long glasses of ice and fresh lemon slices - just what we needed. My glass of fruity French rosé was chilled to perfection, while hubby had his usual ginger beer. I chose karaage chicken which came with lightly-done pickles and a creamy slaw. The chicken was tender with a fabulous crispy coating. We shared rosemary potatoes - tender inside, crusty outside = delicious. He enjoyed his pappardelle beef, which was brilliantly tender and flavourful. It was nice to see families, couples, groups all being looked after so well. We will definitely come again our next time in this area.

Banksia Seafood and Grill
Probably the nicest place to dine on the Fraser Coast. Great food, and a chef that can cook a good steak. Nice and quiet too so you can have a conversation. Service very good. Altogether an enjoyable experience but not cheap dining!
