Green Jelly real estate is operated by Keith Ellis who used to work with The Professionals in Armidale. It was when he was with them that we bought a house through him as the salesman. We have since found out that he lied to us on several occasions about various aspects of the property and the sale, in order to push the sale. One such lie was that he clearly told us that all the rear neighbours are owner occupiers. The truth is that none are. He also undervalues properties in order to undercut others and this is unhelpful for the housing market and not good for vendors. He shows little interest and is only after a deal. If you are buying or selling through him, I advise you to get a second opinion and double check the truth of what he tells you.
