Jodi’s yummy teas have supported me throughout my pregnancy & postpartum. The organic pregnancy tea helped me to prepare my body for birth and was a beautiful moment for me each night to sit down with. The postnatal tea was very effective to help my body recover in the first 6 weeks, and I am still drinking it now! ♥️ Milky Way, the breastfeeding tea, I’ve been drinking every second-third day to maintain my supply, I really notice a boost in my supply a couple hours after I have drank The Milky Way.I highly recommend these teas to all mamas and mamas to be.

Jodi was absolutely wonderful to have by our side as we prepared for both, went through the birth and then recovered on the other side. We also did the Positive Breastfeeding and Early Parenting Preparation Workshop which helped us really prepare for once our little babe was earth side.Being a first-time mama (and a self-proclaimed control freak), I can honestly say that after working with Jodi I went into my labour feeling confident and ready, both mentally and physically. We knew how we wanted our labour and birth to be – labouring at home for as long as possible and then head to SCUH to birth…Well, we never made it to the hospital and ended up birthing at home. We were supported by Jodi, and she helped bring our gorgeous son into the world. It was perfect! It was such a beautiful experience and I felt so strong and empowered. Women are incredible and our bodies can do amazing things – Jodi helped me to understand and believe that about myself. Not only did Jodi support me, but she was also an incredible support to my partner.The birth of our son is a moment we will cherish forever! She caught the most beautiful moments with her camera and I’m so grateful we have some birth photography to keep forever.During my pregnancy I drank Jodi’s Organic Pregnancy Tea to help prepare my body. I am not a tea drinker normally, but I really loved this tea, and it became a morning and night ritual for me. I drank the Postnatal Restorative Tea to help support breastfeeding and I used the Perineum Healing Bath Herbs with a sitz bath to help with after birth care. Jodi showed us how to prepare the sitz baths on one of her postpartum visits.We do not have any family close by, so the postpartum visits were a nice touch. Having Jodi come over, check in with us at home as a new family of three and make sure we were doing okay was amazing.I cannot recommend Jodi highly enough! She goes over and above and is worth every dollar. If you’ve ever thought about using a doula, I say do it. We hired Jodi to be our Doula for the birth of our beautiful second baby, Joseph Mark Carberry, and hands down it was one of THE best life decisions I have ever made and I know I can speak for Mark too! My labour and hospital birth of my first son was not how I would have wanted the experience to go after such an easy pregnancy. I felt, as many first time mothers to be" do - in one word.... clueless. I wasn't in tune with the experience mentally or prepared at all for the reality of giving birth and making educated decisions that ran parallel with what my body was capable of doing naturally. Three weeks ago at 41 weeks, our beautiful girl joined us in the world. She was so determined to make a hasty entrance that I very nearly birthed her in the hospital car park! Thankfully my amazing doula Jodi and my husband were phenomenal support for me through the experience and I'm so happy to say I experienced a powerful, physiological birth.After my firstborn’s induced birth, I was pretty shell shocked and while I felt a huge amount of love for him my first feelings were a complicated kind of grief for the whole experience and for my body. I didn’t believe birth could feel any other way other than traumatic.I know Jodi was absolutely integral to the rock-solid mindset I cultivated throughout my third trimester that underpinned the positive birth I had. So I am forever grateful to her for being my guide and support throughout the ups and downs of pregnancy and the whirlwind birth.I also loved the beautiful range of teas Jodi makes herself. The Postnatal Restorative Breastfeeding Support tea is amazing and so is the Milky Way Breastfeeding Tea, which is particuarly delicious!Anyone would be so very lucky to have Jodi as their doula ❤️
