Some of the customer service workers here are unfriendly, quite cranky and dismissive when asked. Worst service ever on a number of occasions. Pity I remember some.of the staff when they started were friendly and helpful... now not so.

My issue with this Woolworths branch is that the escalators leading to the store from the car park are out of order most of the time! This makes the experience of shopping inconvenient.

Average Woolworth for freshness and limited supplies of fresh fruits and vegetables. This particular Woolworths isn't the best if you're after fresh produces.On the bright side, plenty of underground parking and easy access to the supermarket. If you have a kid, there always good supplies of free fruit.

The local supermarket, they have improved the products and services heaps for the past 3 years but Deli and Seafood seem not much change, should have more varieties for customers other than that all good.

ONE of few Woolworths stores that sell HALAL MEAT and there is many to choose from, silver side, smoked Turkey, plain Turkey and Salamis, and I lift my hat to the management for catering for Muslims diet.

This is one of Woolworths supermarket in my area, it's not the biggest Woolworths store but it's decent. The store is located next to Berala train station. In addition, the store is quite neat and clean. Heaps of parking space and access to the store.
