Staff is extremely rude. Never going back there.

Ideal location across from a school. Access to the servo is ok. Customer service was ok.

This 7 11 is honestly the worst i've been in, staff is crazy rude it hard to believe that such people has been given licence to operate buisness like this.Had extremely rude person serving which i am preety sure owns this buisness. 7 11 should take action if they wanna protect their reputation against rude people like these.

Staff are rude. Not worth going there.They don’t honor what 7-11 was promoting, from 4c voucher to $3 hot food on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I was there this afternoon when a tall Indian staff overcharged someone. Just pure greed. Disgusting! Avoid going to this place.

Another public service disappointment for 7-11. No public toilet again. Also have special" fuels (actual branding!) that are just a gimmick -even staff members don't know what it means and what fuels have ethanol.I will continue to avoid 7-11 stations. They are obviously prioritising shareholders over customers."

Terrible customer service. Told the attendant about a faulty pump and he just ignored me. Be avoiding this place in future.

Staff failed to redeem my fuel voucher that would have saved me 40c per litre. He mumbled something about the voucher was not valid without even scanning it, even though it was within my 7-11 app and had a day left until expiry, and insisted I pay with credit card or cash instead of using the credit in my 7-11 app wallet.It felt like he just wanted to avoid redeeming the voucher....I briefly argued but with other customers waiting, I paid the full price and left. I'll just avoid this 7-11 in future.

Seriously what is it with 7-11 and rude staff (only 7-11 in Brisbane I've had good staff is the family managed one at Sandgate).I'm unsure if it's because of pay and work conditions or whether they truly just don't give a damn?I understand that sometimes the public are difficult to deal with however I'm not one of them. I'm always sincerely nice and polite to customer service staff and I'm sick and tired of being treated otherwise.This 7-11 is particularly bad when it comes to customer service. Adding to this is the quality of in-house food items which are definitely past their useby dates. I honestly am convinced that they are putting new use by" stickers on food that has already expired and I believe that it should be the onus of the store not the consumer to ensure milk and diary products are still okay."

I would give 0 star to this place if I could. Coffee machine is always broken and extremely rude workers.
