Physical culture is a unique dance and fitness sport for girls and ladies that’s easy to learn and lots of fun! Based in Epping NSW, it combines elements of aerobics, ballet, jazz, and hip hop.

Epping Physie
Teachers are very good with small kids. They are very patient for small kids. Well-organised and have lot of fun activities every end of classes. Kids have lot of fun. Unfortunately this only for girls which is no boy can join. My daughter loved it and unfortunately we can't commit this year due to family commitment. They have trial class as well so no harm to let the kid try to see how it goes. Definitely recommended.

Epping Physie
I highly recommend Epping Physie!My daughter started in 2021 and looks forward to classes each week.Classes are fun, challenging and keep my daughter active and engaged. She particularly enjoyed the End of Year competitions where the focus is on encouragement and participation rather than being results-driven. I have already seen her rhythm, flexibility and confidence improve over the last 12 months.

Epping Physie
My daughter has been a member of Epping Physie for 2 years. The teachers are really passionate, spend a lot of time lesson planning, encourage & correct the girl's posture so they can perform their best Physie. All the girls are motivated to do their best and they look forward to lessons after lessons. You can tell from the smiles on their faces!Communication is very clear from the teachers too so the parents know what to expect. It is also conveniently located to Epping station and has great parking facilities nearby.I would definately recommend!

Definitely recommend bringing your daughters to Epping Physie! It's the perfect mix of all types of dance and a great way for the girls to build confidence, flexibility and make new friends. My daughter loves it and can’t wait to go every week!

I can not love this place any more! My daughter is absolutely in love with physie. I see her growing every class, making new friends and having so much fun. Everyone is so kind and approachable, all the teachers are just so... full of love :)
