Bought a soft Tosca suitcase and brought it on a 2 month roadtrip. During the trip, the handle and one of the zippers broke. I brought it back to the store and the owner sent it back to Tosca for repair under the 10 year warranty.Tosca proceeded to insist that the damage must have been caused by an airline, even though the suitcase was damaged on a roadtrip, not on a flight.I tried to explain this to the owner hoping she would be able to go back to Tosca and get them to repair it, or give me a new one, but she would not listen. All in all it was a very frustrating conversation. To her credit, she gave me store credit, but since I bought the suitcase on special it was not enough to cover a replacement, and so I still had to fork out $50 for another suitcase of the same size.
