This place gave me a fungus infection. Also for some reason during my pedicure and manicure....I ended up bleeding! They were really really rough. Also cheap nail polish. Never going here again

I got my manicure and pedicure done. As they were no costumers in the shop one lady did my manicure and the other did the pedicure. They were both rushing and talking very loudly in their language. The lady who did my manicure was rushing and did my nails all different length. I asked her to make it the same length she didn't even reply. Very disappointed..

The tools here are dirty. They're not sterilized. I came here to remove my nails. They pulled out the nails piece directly. It really hurt. My nails were completely damaged. I communicated with the manicurist that could use a electric nail drill machine to remove it , and she refused because she wanted to finish it as soon as possible. But it does a lot of damage to my nail bed. The first and last time. It's bad to wait for 30 minutes and remove armour for 10 minutes.

They use low quality, cheap products. My SNS nail polish came off after 1 day and I went back to get it redone and they made me pay $5 for it.

This place is the worst they have cut me and my friend many times and each time have got infected the last time I went there I was just getting acrylics removed ( because the other shop in regents park was busy ) so I thought they wouldn’t cut me it’s just a removal and yet I have gotten fungus on 2 of my fingers from this place would not recommend

Had been going to this salon for pedicures and shalac for about a yr, luckily they were busy and I needed to go somewhere else.The women at new salon , after removing the Shalac noticed both my toes were both full if white fungus.I am disgusted that Nailplanet failed to inform me of my problem and continued to possibly spread this infection to others.I have not been able to wear any polish for months now and have had totreat daily.These salons need to be routinely checked for hygiene.

Stopped here on a whim for lash extensions as everywhere I used to go to were booked out. Thought it would be a one time service for me but I was extremely pleased with the service provided and this would be the first place my eyes don't sting upon completion of the lashes.Also appreciate the time taken for my acrylic and pedicure services. They don't rush to finish you off. They take their time and ensure everything is done and you are happy with it. Became my go to spot for all services 3months ago.
