This is hands down the best nail salon in Sydney. The service is incredible. They only use the best products and equipment. Everything is so clean, you know you won't end up with an unwanted fungal infection. Mika has a team of Japanese therapists who are all trained professional technicians who won't ruin your nails like cheap salons. Wish there were more salons in the market that take nails as seriously as Nails Nails. Highly recommend!

I have been to this salon probably 4 or 5 times. Was alway happy with the service even after getting an infected finger the second last time I was there. I simply sent Mika a text with a photo of my finger, just so that she could be aware, she asked me to come in and show her and I did and she also followed up with a call which was really nice. Then I went to go re do my nails three weeks ago and she was ice cold towards me. No communication at all, usually offers to rebook after paying and didn’t and I really didn’t think anything of it until today. I tried to re book because I do like the product that they use and Mika’s reply to me was that she was filling booked this week, then I asked about next week and she replied she was fully booked and then sent me a text stating that: Sorry she doesn’t want to take care of you anymore. When I asked why she responded with: You are always aggressive to us. We can’t stand with that way anymore. Hope you can find right shop for you. But thank you for coming to us. I was mind blown. Not once did I complain. It’s 23:19 and that text happened hours ago and I’m still in stock. Wow

I love coming here! The ladies are so nice and professional. They take a lot of care and always make sure you walk out with the perfect nails. The salon is small which I enjoy and the girls never feel like their rushing to get the job done, they take great care and make you feel right at home.

Highly recommended. The best nail salon I have been to! Mika and team are so professional and nail work is perfect. Even prior to Covid the attention to cleanliness and precision was second to non. Delighted to be back in the salon

If you are looking for exceptional service and quality nails,professional atmosphere ,and impeccable hygiene ,this place is for you.It is pricy but worth every dollar as they use high quality products and always deliver a consistent high quality finish. The staff are always very polite and respectful .

Absolutely immaculate experience from beginning to end. Mika is an actual artist, and her team are fabulous. The attention to detail is beyond, especially when it comes to finish and hygiene. Five stars plus. Totally recommend.

Disappointed, Tried this salon because it was close to home. The product used came off completely on one nail after one week. It has never happened before with nails lasting unto 4 weeks. The salon refused to redo the nail without charge. Surely they should be using products that last longer than a week. Furthermore the woman who answered my call was very argumentative.

I came in at 5:40 to ask if they can take my acrylic nails off which takes what I researched 45 minutes and they close at 7. They said they don’t have time to do my nails. There was only one customer in there with two colleagues. Sorry but that kind of just ticked me off. I asked them to explain how they don’t have time even when they close at 7. They raised their voice and said we don’t have time.

The best nail salon in Sydney. Friendly attitude by a lovely Japanese owner, she works with care and attention to details. Loved the work, love how my nails look like. Latest tech! Will never go anywhere else.

10/10Mika runs a perfect nail salon - not a speck of dust or dirt to be found. Haru was very careful and particular with my SNS manicure - making sure each extension was perfectly fitted and shaped, ensuring at each stage that the finish was smooth and seamless.All the metal tools came out of autoclave bags in front of me, all disposables were opened fresh and disposed of afterwards. The spa basins are individual and very hygienic.My experience was excellent - good impressions of an intimate salon with exceptionally high standards of service and cleanliness.
