I bought a jam berlina and it was stale. I could barely bite into it. I called to let them know and they said to come back and exchange but I was already 20mins away so I asked if I could change it at another one on my way. He said I would have to buy another one…: unbelievable

The bad:1. Very short timer on manual coin wash, so manual wash turns out expensive.2. Can't tell how much time is left, lcd display showing hieroglyphics instead of time remaining.The good:1.As its it's a petrol station there are squeegees, water and paper towels available to finish washing/drying the car.2.Also some parking spaces out of the way of the carwashes & pumps to do it in.

Toilets absolutely disgusting, raised this concern with Sean. He was unwilling to be shown the issueeven when I asked him if I could show him what I was talking about. Absolute disgrace. Both service and facilities.

Dinesh was a fantastic employee. He did everything he could to help me when I left my credit card at home. Excellent work Dinesh, I will be back here many times again and hope to see him here in the future.Dinesh showed creative thinking and problem solving skills, qualities which are effective in leadership roles.

This place is a joke!! $1 for 1:30secs take one minute to run lines clean! Do not use the high pressure wax, this is a scam!!! It does not wax it's just water!! I do not recommend this place!!

The toilets were the most filthy I have ever encountered in my life and I’m including concert toilets or porta loos. It looked like they had not been cleaned for a very long time. It needs a deep clean. Was going to stop for coffee but after seeing that standard decided against and got antibacterial wipes and left.

The people you employ here work so hard to keep up with the absolutely ridiculous and borderline criminal conditions you make them work under. My coffee was more than ten minutes late because you only had one poor bloke trying to work between the service station and subway. Absolutely ridiculous. Hire more staff and pay them a fair wage.
