I have two gas bottles, I order a new one everytime one runs out, when I went to switch over they were both empty. It seemed as though my previous delivery had been missed. I rang them to work out the problem they were adamant that they had sent a replacement out, then they suggested there may have been a leak. Their guy inspected it next bottle delivery and said there was a big leak in my regulator and was probably the cause of the empty bottle. I had a plumber inspect it and he said it was fine. I have now switched company's and the new bottle delivery guy also inspected it and found nothing wrong. Won't use them again.

Second time in just over a year have had to call 000 to get fire brigade because of leaking gas bottles. No after hours service with this company....Not impressed...time to change I think.

I am thankful for the kindness and emphaty of Jen from shoalhaven gas! She was very helpful and accommodating with my experience with the other gas company which delayed our order for more than 3 weeks and yet very unhelpful and unapologetic. Anyways, that would be another review. I am pleased with how Jen explained the process, gave me suggestions and tried to reach out to the driver who is already on his way to deliver gas. She was able to find out that there was one extra and asked the driver to deliver it to our house! Kudos to the delivery/driver who was able to squeeze me in his delivery.

Failed to notify us promptly that delivery man had turned gas OFF at our weekender due to small leak. First we knew was when bill turned up a week later at our Sydney home. Shoalhaven Gas must TELEPHONE owners promptly to allow them to arrange a plumber etc. Leaving a note in the letterbox of an empty house is not good enough. Nor is writing a comment on a bill that arrives a week later.
