Australia Post - Toongabbie LPO

I don’t think they deserve one star as well.Aus post courier left a calling card yesterday (Friday). So, today(Saturday ) morning I went to collect my parcel assuming I will get today but I was wrong.They are telling me that they cannot locate my parcel in their post office.I have been waiting for a week to get that parcel delivered to my house and this is what I have face such a shame.They said that, to leave my phone number and they will call me once they find my parcel.This is really frustrating.Please resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.

Judging by other reviews everyone seems to have a problem with the older lady of islander decent. Today she yelled at me that I should learn how to read (actually a very upsetting comment to me as I suffer from a learning impairment that Is directly related to my reading skills)as I came in with a toll slip after they gave me the address of this post office , simple mistake by toll very easily fixed with a short phone call and I had never had a parcel from toll before so I was unsure myself. But she was extremely rude! I have never had a bad experience with Australia post but I hope I never have to return to this store as this ladies attitude towards customer service is disgusting!

Never get anything sent to this post office, first off they never leave any note saying you’ve got a parcel so get ready to go down there a lot to make sure they finally have it. And second even better they might just throw it at the door in full view of the street and for any thief in your building or just walking by to just rip it open and have a free for all.

My experience of this branch has been nothing short of positive for the past month.Staff are polite, helpful and willing to assist in any way possible.I went there in closing time and they still kept their cool.

Very rude customer service at this particular branch, from the woman who works there like other reviews have mentioned. It is a shame as I have never experienced this with other AusPost location .... Very rude person that lady was very rude

Be warned first time visitors! The older lady working there might raise her voice at you if she gives you a confusing postal price induction and you ask a few questions to clarify the right fee for yourself. She was rudely raising her voice at me as I was politely trying to find out what’s the total fee. She needs some customer service skills. Also there is a $5 card limit purchase in this branch for which she immediately suggested me to buy a pack of lollies. Maybe she got mad at me as I said no.

I am in toongabbie last 15 years and always use this post office. Last couple of months customer service getting worst. Totally can say they stared racism. I just go there to take form for renew passport for kids. Online said you need to collect form from post office as kids can not apply online. But lady work there ask so many questions before give form and it took me 15mins to get form. Finally I went to Pendle Hill post office they took 15mins to launch applications for four applications. Try Pendle Hill post office if its not far away.

Had to make a visit to this post office for the first time to pick up a parcel and also to send one via express post. I was served by the older Islander lady and like many have said previously she does seem to have some attitude in her.I handed over the delivery card and my parcel to send. Received the parcel I was picking up said thank you and was on my way. It was only when I was a littler further down the street that I realised I didn't receive a receipt for the parcel being sent. From experience I have always received a receipt with the tracking number. It is that added bit of backup and evidence in case you need to contact Australia Post.So I went back and waited patiently in line and was served by her again. I asked nicely if I should have received a receipt. It could have been something that could have been forgotten but in a rude way she said 'You have the tracking number , it has been lodged , what else do you need' and called 'next' when I was still standing there. How was she to know if I had the tracking details or not? What if I had lost it before going to the post office? I could have been sending it on behalf of someone else. A receipt should always be given. You'd make a lot of people happier possibly yourself if you were patient and didn't treat everyone like fools.It will be the last time I'll come here. Bit of a disappointment really considering I have just moved into the area. I'll use my parcel locker more often from now on. One star for giving me my parcel. Proceed with caution into this post office.

Very rude customer service at this particular branch, from the woman who works there. Even though I had an appointment for Passport , the lady told she can't do it and come on another day.I managed to take Passport photo from there and went to Seven hills LPO the next day to lodge the passport application. They rejected the photo which I took from Toongabbie LPO as it doesn't meet the photo specifications.This all show how irresponsible the Toongabbie LPO staff was.I will never visit here...

I had booked an appointment online (a day before) to process my passport application but when I went there they said they don't provide this service. My appointment time was 4:15 PM. Then they also said the person who does that has already left for the day and asked me to come next day. Are you serious? Very irresponsible. I will never visit them again. I will better go to another post office at Toongabbie East.
