These reviews are clearly very dubious. One of the worst agencies to have representing you if I could give a negative star I would. I wouldn’t have bothered posting a review, had it not been the experience of 6 others who were also employed by them. If you’re in Perth, you’re in luck, you’ll be contacted by Kate, the devil herself. At first she’ll groom you and eventually show herself. And then there’s the “payroll issues”. You will have MULTIPLE payslips where money from shifts are missing, mine was almost like clock work. The only way to resolve some of this (because you won’t get 90% of it resolved) is to contact your manager and have them contact labour power. This will take months, when, according to your manager, it could’ve easily been solved the following day. Moreover, you will get taxed ridiculous amounts where you shouldn’t have been taxed AT ALL. If you’re lucky, you’ll get one text back from Kate about any “payroll issues”. Once you get enough of them, she’ll eventually stop texting you and answering any of your calls and stop sending you your assigned shifts. For legal purposes I cannot directly call them thieves. Make your own judgment.
