Genius Childcare Mont Albert

Wow! Impressed is an understatement. Not only are the new facilities incredible the overall experience with the service manager Lacy was exceptional! Lacy was attentive in her interactions with my children and informative and courteous in ours. The community event we attended was extra special and made us feel that we belong already as part of this community and we felt very much supported as we explored the process of enrolment. Thank you, Lacy! We are ever so grateful!!

Genius mont Albert is the best centre! Both my boys attend and absolutely LOVE it! The staff are so welcoming and have created such a calm modern space. No task it too much for these lovely educators and they really make you and your children feel so safe. I highly recommend them!

The team at Genius have been very welcoming and my daughter loves her days at the centre! The facilities are brand new and very spacious, including a fantastic outdoor area. The educators have been kind, caring and supportive. Highly recommend.

I love this place. As a first time mum, I was nervous about sending my 10 month old to childcare. However the transition has been seamless. My son loves it there and is always happy and smiley when he sees the educators. He seems quite settled when he leaves as well. The staff are lovely and seem to genuinely care. I know I don't have to worry about him too much and that he's learning everyday.

We've been at this childcare since it opened and have witnessed the center and the staff flourish. The educators are generous with their time for not only the children, but also the parents. The facilities are always clean, they provide delicious food which my boys rave about, and the sandpit gets a very good workout!

They go above and beyond to ensure that every child is well taken cared of, and their well-being is their top priority.My daughter is always happy when I pick her up, and she often shares her day with great enthusiasm. It's clear that she enjoys her time there and is always looking forward to her next day at the centre.I'm pleased to say that my daughter is learning a lot at Genius Mont Albert. The program is well-designed, and the educators provide stimulating and engaging activities that help her develop her skills in a variety of areas. It's impressive to see how much she has thrived and how quickly she is progressing.Lastly, I must mention the passionate team of educators. They are qualified, knowledgeable, and caring, and they create a warm and welcoming environment that is conducive to learning and development. I must also commend Nina the centre's chef for providing healthy and nutritious food for the children. I appreciate the effort Genius make to ensure that the meals and snacks are nutritious, varied, and made with fresh ingredients.Overall, I highly recommend Genius Mont Albert to any parent looking for exceptional care and education for their child. My daughter's experience has been nothing short of fantastic, and I am grateful.

Genius childcare at Mont Albert is absolutely awesome! Great staff, great location, great facilities, great culture and great service! It has big rooms for each of the age groups, all very clean with lots of activities and also a huge outdoor space.My twins had a really good time since day one. My husband and I can feel every staff deeply cares kids, not only keep them safe and happy there, but educate them to learn a lot there. It's been amazing to see how quickly they're been learning new things. My families feel so lucky for choosing Genius for my twins, really appreciated all service.

We moved to Genius after leaving another centre in the area, and I can honestly say Genius is miles above any other centre we toured or attended.My son walks in each day like it’s his second home, staff are so welcoming and caring and actually take the time to get to know both the child and the family.Management (Lacy and Tia) are so supportive and are always available to talk to, and the educators treat my son like a person not a number.The best decision I have made is to move to Genius.

My daughter is here 5 days. We just love everything here! The food is delicious , the environment is beautiful, the educators are amazing! She made some great friends here too.

We absolutely love the Genius Mont Albert team! My husband and I did a few childcare tours prior and we were instantly drawn to Genius. The centre has modern and clean facilities and the educators (Lacy, Tara, Tia, Nina and Emilie) took such great care of my little boy in making sure he feels comfortable during his stay. My little boy who was initially very unsettled in his first 2 weeks has now begun to enjoy his time spent and activities at Genius just after 4 weeks. He also loves the food prepared at the centre and sometimes keen to have a second serving. I highly recommend the Genius Mont Albert centre!
