Steve has been training in Martialarts for a very longtime the styles he teaches are very effective and when confronted and backed into a corner will be able to give you the confidence to get out of that situation in one one situations or a group.Not only does he teach you to hit, kick, knee , elbow pads, sparring, and grabs and holds, katas.He also instilles confidence in yourself respect for you and others in the gym as well as being a positive happy person in the community who is respectful to all you come across.He prides himself on helping others and for you to be the best person you can be in life. Great place for Karate, Muay Thai or BJJ.Alot of Knowledge with the higher belts.Fantastic environment for teaching kids discipline, respect and self defence.
