Just needed a snack and received the best, friendly service. Purchased a scone with jam and cream and it came with fresh cream - YAY. It was delicious, thank you!

Great food and service! The gentleman who served me when placing my order was very kind and apologetic that the food would take some time because of how busy it was, but it didn't feel like a long wait at all, and the food was very good!! Definitely worth the (not really that long) wait. And waitresses were all wonderful too. Thank you for a great experience!!

This Coffee Club is in a convenient spot, and easy to find. I go there for morning tea every so often. Generally, the food was great and service was prompt, however the last time I went (for lunch), service took noticeably longer for me than usual (30 minutes, in comparison with the usual 5-10). I guess that was because there were a lot of customers on that day... other than that though, I can't complain about the place. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for somewhere to sit down for coffee and cake, or to chat with a friend. Keep up the excellent quality!

Was disappointed I paid $6 for sourdough toast and jam and all I got was one measly slice of bread. Sorry, but I just expected more :-(

This was the second time our food took an exceptionally long time to come. First time banana bread and this time almond croisant. We asked three times after finishing our coffee before it was delivered. Staff very apologetic. Will think twice before ordering again.

My whole family had been coming here and trying to support local businesses during the pandemic but the people who work here particularly the owner (Terry?) has become more and more snide and really unpleasant to deal with. Once he gave us money from the tips jar as change to make us feel guilty for taking advantage of some of the specials that were on offer and the last straw was today when the wrong order of eggs was brought out and wouldn't be replaced unless it was paid for. My mother has never ordered eggs done the way they were brought out to her and the manners of the woman were horrible. Also the serving sizes have been getting gradually smaller for quite some time and the food quality has also dropped significantly there. The other coffee clubs I visit are lovely but I strongly recommend you avoid the Floreat coffee club.

Neither their website nor the owner updates their opening hours on public holidays. We went to the cafe on a public holiday as website and google both suggested that it was open, but of course it was shut. How disappointing.

A nice place to sit down for a coffee break in the shopping centre with seating both inside the shop as well as in the common area. They serve the usual Coffee Club coffee, snacks and treats at reasonable prices. It gets quite busy during peak times, but you usually can still find a seat.Service varies here, some staff and usually the younger ones are friendly, smile and greet whilst others are less friendly.There's also a small fee for using credit cards here.
