I am most impressed with Shauna's professionalism, skills, genuine care and concern for her clients' needs and wishes. She has always done a truly superb job, is kind, considerate, warm and exceptionally talented.

My Husband and I made our wedding bands with Shauna. This seemed like a really special opportunity not to be missed as my husband and I have always enjoyed making things together. Plus, wearing the ring my husband made me with his own hands is just that little bit more special than wearing a ring from a shop.Shauna is patient, knowledgeable teacher and she was able guide us to achieve fabulous results, our rings are just beautiful! It was a truly unique and memorable experience that we will remember forever.

Shauna took my late mother-in-law's wedding ring and redesigned it into a new ring for my now wife. It was incredibly beautiful and touching and Shauna worked amazingly with our deadline and specifications.

Shauna helped me realise a dream of making a beautiful engagement ring for my partner. From the first time I spoke to Shauna I knew I was in safe hands. She is kind, caring, friendly, professional, down to earth and exceptionally talented as an artist. Her studio is such a comfortable and inviting space and don't even get me started on her incredible tool collection!If you enjoy working with your hands do yourself a favour and have Shauna teach you how to make a piece of jewellery. She is such a great teacher; she is patient, calm and thorough and does everything in her power to instill you with with the necessary skills and confidence to create something beautiful and unique. Furthermore she is incredibly hospitable, always offering tea or coffee and sparkling water or little chocolates. She has truly thought of everything. I felt so at home in her space. Shauna also has a mind for up-cycling and utilising local, sustainable materials and has interesting and unique Tasmanian art on her studio walls.I don't write a lot of reviews but in this instance I feel I have to because I can't thank her enough for the experience she provided for me. The entire process is something that I will never forget and the day I spent in her studio making my partner's ring was genuinely one of the best days of my life. Shauna is simply an exceptional person. I can not recommend her more highly.

From designing, creating, repairs and teaching this jeweller is the bees knees in the jewellery world. A positive light in and beyond customer service. After experiencing every aspect this jeweller has to offer from being a walk-in repair client to a jewellery class participate. Shauna goes beyond expectations. Her attention to detail and craftswomanship is outstanding. I can highly recommend her work and knowing she only achieves for excellence in every single piece of work that leaves her studio. I can't recommend her enough as a creator, maker, designer, teacher, mentor, supporter. It's hard to believe one human and service can encapsulated all of these qualities. Mayben jewellery does just that.

I have attended 3 of Shauna’s 5-week jewellery workshops now, and would highly recommend these to anyone who is considering learning the basics of jewellery. For myself, having a background in Fine Arts, these workshops helped me to develop skills and provided an amazing platform to express my creativity.Shauna has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in the jewellery industry and imparts this knowledge to her students in a patient, friendly and positive manner. Walking into her studio feels like being welcomed into her home, as she is always hospitable, offering a cup of tea or coffee on arrival and providing plenty of chocolate biscuits and fruit to keep her students sustained throughout the night. Her teaching skills are admirable. Shauna provides demonstrations as students arrive at the next step in the process, she gives plenty of space and time for contemplation and work at the bench, and constantly provides positive feedback and encouragement!I have left almost every class with a new piece of beautiful jewellery, finished to perfection and ready to wear. Shauna has truly inspired a love of jewellery for me. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and devotion to her work; both as a teacher and a jeweller.
