Easy to locate down the Coles end of rockingham shopping centre, brilliant service, they have a great range of books and usually have really good sales happening in store, very helpful staff members.

Would like to say that Rebecca from the Rockingham CBD Bookstore has gone above and beyond with her customer service to me. She was absolutely brilliant. Thank you Rebecca for your amazing Customer Service.

Very rude staff, no attempt to even acknowledge customers in the store or offer to help. Don't waste your time. The women were more interested in talking nonsense among themselves.

Extremely rude and discourteous manager. When I was asked about my mask status I explained that I was exempt. When I explained that I was not required by law to produce proof of that (which was demanded), I pointed out that in Australia, Commonwealth law overrides State law, when there is a conflict between them.The manager refused to accept this (it is legally correct), and despite being told that she was breaking Federal laws, insisted that I leave the store, claiming that she was feeling uncomfortable.She didn't appear concerned about her potential customer's comfort. Other stores in the same centre kindly accepted my exemption without this peremptory attitude, as is legally appropriate.

Never been there so I d o by have an opinion but if they have any books abou t shoes I'll give them a 5 star
