I have rang this store to confirm there's item I was after in stock and asked to shop assistant lady to hold item for me, as I am living quite far from store. She said item will be hold by Monday, however when I turned up the store on Sunday, item has been sold to other customer, and the store manager just apologies. I have drove over 1 hour to get the item with 2 young kids, such a disappointment and this isn't first time happend with Adairs. If you can't hold the item, please just say that. I have wasted my time and cost for petrol, which I will officially complain to Adairs for compensation.

Staff were pleasant, helped me hunt for euros to match my quilt set. Can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of stuff in store but it’s always fun to visit.

Belinda is such a real lovely lady!!! :)This outlet team offers great customer service! Everytime I spend an hour there, still feel welcoming and comfortable to be there for massive purchase.

Excellent customer service. I went there back to 2 weeks ago. I purchase a few items, and there are one of them couldn’t find it but shown in the system should have in stock. So I leave my detail to Jacki. She been so helpful! She find it, and didn’t forget me. I am so pleased. And this is called Customer Service. Thanks Jacki!

They upgraded to CBA ict250 which now take tap and pay. Google Pay accepted including amex. Get your linen here. Friendly staff.

Great store, but their timings are hard for anyone who works and want to get there after work. They shut at 5:30 even on a Thursday. So I can't get there even if I wanted to anytime.

A nice selection of bedding at reasonable prices. I spent several minutes looking for an item while three staff members were socialising at the checkout counter which was disappointing. I left without making a purchase.
