Recently there was a tenant in our building who left the premises, however the apartment was left in a very neglected state and the services of John and his team had the very unpleasant task of cleaning up and restoring the apartment back to a clean environment. The apartment was quite possibly one of the most contaminated neglect that anyone should have to deal with. I was out on the weekend and I returned to a massive amount of waste in the bins including the recycling bins. As it left no other room for all of our other occupancy’s I made a call to John to ask why. John was so professional to deal with, his calm and polite manner and his genuine response made the matter very easy to deal with. He explained the reason why and he swiftly had his team remove the waste and they sanitised the bins for us within a couple of hours of notifying John. His staff that had the very difficult task of this DEEP clean were courteous, kind and very professional. I rang to thank John and sent my regards on a job well done. John and his team are awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend their services on any job big or small.
