I’ve only had the one massage at this point in time, but Mark did a fantastic job. It was a deep tissue and although I was a little tender the day after, I certainly wasn’t noticeably sore. The benefits seemed to last a good week with the tightness in my shoulder muscles definitely taking longer to return than after other massages. So I plan to keep going and hope to expect continued success.

On my first visit, Mark made me feel comfortable and yet he was very professional. Mark ensured any health issues were addressed and the areas of concern were documented and discussed before the treatment began. Mark pinpointed the areas needed work and after just one session I felt 90% better. Pain and discomfort I suffered with for months and months were now almost gone. I felt so much relief. I have been using Mark’s services on a weekly basis for a couple of months now due to a condition I have. I found the remedial massage quite beneficial in relieving muscle tension and soreness.A couple of weeks ago he had to suspend trading due to COVID-19. During this time I developed bad back pain particularly in the morning when I first woke. Pain killers weren’t really helping.I received a message from Mark this week that his business was back up and running. I booked an appointment the very next day.One session and I woke the next day with absolutely no pain in my back.Mark is worth his weight in gold. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Recently went to Mark after a friend recommended I try him out. Was a little skeptical at first but after meeting Mark I was soon at ease. After explaining the issues I have Mark was able to recommend a few stretches to help out. He was also able to massage with a great amount of pressure (which is my preference).
