Troy was an absolute delight to deal with. He's very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Everybody else we came into contact with within the sales team were all friendly and helpful also. If this review was based on just the sales team I would've given 5 starsUnfortunately, our experience was soured severely by Stacey in the finance department. Everything seemed to be too much of a hassle for her. Communication was basically non-existent unless I was the one calling, texting or emailing her to ask if she needed certain documents and having to do this repeatedly because these would go unanswered. I even had to resort to calling Troy at one stage because I wasn't getting any replies from her. Our excitement and thrill of purchasing a new car was gone by the time we picked it up. Constantly chasing someone with or for information and getting ignored or fobbed off will do that. Her excuse was always to say how busy she is and she just hadn't got to it. Sorry, but that's not my problem and is no excuse. I understand things happen when you're busy and you get behind or forget things but seriously when you're dealing with a customer we don't want excuse after excuse, we just want you to own it, apologise and get our stuff done so we can be driving our new car.We will happily deal with Llewellyn again but NOT Stacey. We'll be organising finance elsewhere next time....

Booked car for serviceTold that it was in the so called express lane and car would be ready for pick up 1.30pm. Decided to wait. 1.30pm came and went and so did 2pm. Walked to the counter and customer service asked if she could help . I explained that my car was to be ready at 1.30pm and it is now after 2pm.She told me they were waiting for the paperwork to come through and that I should wait in the lounge . She sounded snide and short. It is now 2.45pm and nothing. Customer service more interested in who is going to the shop for food and if they like certain mechanic.Subaru Customer service for mechanical has vastly declined since joining with Hyundai.Actual mechanical servicing always great.

I had a very good experience with the team at Llewellyn. Geofrey was extremely helpful and kept me up to date as things changed as we waited for the car to come in. Stacey was friendly and knowledgeable helping me to my finance application and in sourcing competitive insurance coverage for the car. Probably the stand out for me was that they worked as a team. If I called or emailed with a query, Troy, Geofrey or Stacey were able to help me either at the time or get back to me with the answers within 24 hours. I would recommend Llewellyn Subaru as a dealer and will be coming back when it is time to look for a new car in 4 to 5 years.

The order for our new XV was not placed by staff in August. This we only discovered in October before our return from Hong Kong. To ensure we had a new vehicle to drive away in, and our order was placed both Tony and David bent over backwards and then some more to help us!We couldn't have wished for kinder, understanding and helpful people
