Good, ethical and friendly pharmacy.

I'had had just moved near this pharmacy and my first contact with them was very unpleasant. I was looking for a judge of peace to authenticate a copy and then I went there. The lady who talked to me was kind until I explained what I wanted. Then she changed her expression and did what I've asked for. Unsatisfied, she placed in front of me a pot of coins that was there for the donation to some institution. That was very rude. It seems that was her way of charging for a service that wouldn't be charged. When I said I had no coin at the time, she gave a sarcastic laugh. I felt deeply offended. Her approach was one of the worst, and I was sad to hear that other friends had gone through something similar at this establishment. My family and I would rather walk 15 minutes more to the nearest drugstore than go there, once knowing that if it is not to spend money, it will not be treated with due respect. This comment is not intended to undermine the establishment but rather to remind the people who work there that good service is often worth more than profit.

I visited this chemist this morning and was greeted by the most lovely helpful girl! She had long black curly hair- she was soooo helpful, polite and friendly and put a smile on my face! This place is very lucky to have her. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Don't be fooled by its size - this chemist is stocked full of everything you need and I think has a better range of products than some of the larger chemists in the area. For kids toys, games and presents - you can't go wrong here. The staff are always kind and attentive, spending time with you and offering suggestions and advice. Despite this, I never seem to be waiting in a line!
