My Eyelash extension appointment was non-existent" even though I had booked weeks in advance & had a confirmation message saying that all way clear.I booked in for an eyelash extension appointment to have before my school formal & had booked almost a month in advance. about 1 week before my appointment I had received a confirmation message telling me my appointment was still good. On the day of the appointment I rang up to tell them I'd be 5-10 mins late & whilst on the phone they explained to me how my appointment didn't exist on their system & that they don't do eyelash extensions on Mondays. By the time I had gotten off the phone I was close to being at the place so I decided to go in to ask them in person. The lady said that her daughter does eyelashes & doesn't come in on Mondays. They could have told me this when I booked or sent me a message telling me at anytime

Amazing service. Completely professional. Attentive and caring. I walked in hesitant (bad experience elsewhere) and walked out super happy and confident. This was the most painless and tidy wax I've ever received. One last word: THANK YOU

Average lash extensions. I really tired to make this place work. Visiting 4 times in a month but never really happy with results.Unfortunately the intensity of the lash extensions just made it look like I had a lash lift. Very natural, looked nice just wasn’t what I asked for.Also due to small number of lashes used I needed an infill ever week.

I've been enjoying great service at this salon for years - friendly, quality treatments, and well priced. I highly recommend Tina and the team.

Lashs fell out after a day- overpriced asked for hybrid barely cane out with classic. A week later and basically all fallen out. Place wasn't clean or inviting either.

Had a great experience here and will recommend to any of my friends and family in a heartbeat. I was quite hesitant to do a wax procedure due to previous experiences at other salons (in Australia and overseas) but I'm so glad I bit the bullet and came here. She is very professional and personable. Will be return customer for sure.

I wish I found Elegance years ago - great service, excellent prices and very friendly. Genuinely interested in the client and their concerns rather than others that simply take the money and expedite the service for turnover. I am looking forward to my next visit.
