We engaged Alex for work completed at Cape Jervis, including deck removal and replacement, roofing and a variety of other general carpentry services.Alex and his team were excellent to deal with, and the communication and responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Alex kept me updated every step of the way, kept his rates fair and commercial (despite the extensive travel to Cape Jervis) and performed all works with a high degree of professionalism. Alex also took responsibility for sourcing and overseeing sub-contractors which is not an easy task given the travel involved to get trades to the location.We are very happy with the finished works and will certainly look to use Faultless again in the future when necessary.
