Everything I love here and always had great service, love the Dans members prices when they're on the things I already buy. Shop layout is great and easy to find whatever you want and you can rarely beat the prices.

Always have a positive experience at Dan's Traralgon. Staff are ALWAYS friendly & helpful.. not today. So this 1 star is purely for today for this guy's lack of customer service.. and how he made me feel. So just went in to get 2 bottles of wine. Mark was at the register.. Talk about unfriendly. He was chatty to the male customer already at the register before me.. and scanned his Dans Member card.. So my turn i say Hi. No Hi back, Mark just scans my bottles through, went to charge me full price.. Didn't ask if I had a Dans card..as they ALWAYS doI had to ask him if he wanted my Member details!!! He came across as abrupt asking for them. As i was leaving, he starts serving the guy behind me and says How ya going mate

Good variety of stock, the staff are friendly and I've noticed that they will open another register as soon as it's required, not keep customers needlessly standing in a queue for a single register.

On today's occasion not satisfied with service asked for my dans card didn't have it never been a problem before just quote my number so I did their was a big problem with doing this and then didn't work because computer was playing up sorry not my fault didn't even care when I said something very rude experience not happy at all....
