I purchased my home from Your Sweet Home recently, to say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. Raj was always friendly and professional, I had many questions and requests that he responded to promptly and courteously, even in the weeks after handover.I asked Raj to come out to the property on a Sunday so that I could complete measurements and put the SOLD sign up, he complied, his son in tow. Raj even tried to get power connected on my behalf. Nothing was annoying, too hard, or unreasonable for him.Whilst I was inspecting homes and leaving my details, Raj was the only one of the five agents I dealt with who followed up on my interest enthusiastically. If I were to sell, based on my experience, I would happily hand my property to Raj and would genuinely recommend My Sweet Home to anyone selling or buying. The level of integrity, professionalism and patience I experienced is unbeatable.

I have recently vacated a rental property managed by Your Sweet Home Real Estate and can truthfully say, I could not be more pleased...to get out and away from this shady company. In my ten months as a tenant, I had to take this company & the landlord they represent to VCAT 3 separate times. In all three hearings, Your Sweet Home & the landlord they represent were ruled against in what was an embarrassing display of real estate knowledge on their part. In the end, this company ignored a court ordered document to complete repairs to a septic tank.The property was left in an unhygienic and uninhabitable state and I instructed to withhold a final months rent before finding somewhere new to live. Unsurprisingly the entire process has been a very stressful experience and one I would not recommend anyone else set themselves up for by doing business with Your Sweet Home Real Estate.
