Was renting in Montmorency for 14 months through Buckingham. The tenancy service from the property manager was fantastic. Unfortunately, the property manager has put in a VCAT claim for total amount due to structural/wear and tear issues. Would warn all current renters to be cautious during Bond returns as the claims will be a cash grab for repairs. They've lost my future business as a local property owner with renting out my property.
