Cheap petrol but a pain to get to and only 4 pumps so there are delays when filling up so usually there's a wait

There is definitely something wrong with U98 petrol in this store! After adding petrol here, my car keeping shaking, and fuel consumption is 16L/100km（normally 10-11L/100km even with congestion). I checked the receipt, its U98! I didn't add it wrong. I highly suspect this petrol station replace U98 with U91 and still charge the same money. btw, U91 can ruin the engine for some cars

The man who served us was on the phone to someone which seemed to be a personal non work related phone call, it was very rude and he was talking to his friend on the phone and just started scanning our items without a hello or anything, the only time he interrupted his friend on the phone was to ask us if we wanted to buy more things to spend more money. Very poor customer service

Lowest 7-11. Blokes abrupt..coffee machine seems to high in placement. Waited at counter till Asian man was she needs sorting out tops which I thought was really weird having me standing there the whole time when he was originally behind the counterIn addition, the coffee doesn't pour to the top only 85% roughly. customer service was really rude. i bought a usb charger last night (08/07/2022- 22:21:51) which i connected to my car right after buying it and it turned up not working. i went back and asked the guy on counter to exchange the charger. he came outside to check that charger in my car to confirm .i asked him to exchange it and he denied and asked me to come again for refund in the morningi literally live 40 minutes far a way from this storehe said that he can't do anything since he doesn't know how to do the refundi insisted and he replaced my item and behaved really rude and he clearly said he won't gonna exchange or return if this one doesn't work.you really need to educate your staff how to behave or to solve customer issues because his behaviour ruined my whole night.

Horrible customer serviceMe and my friends rode our bikes here and we didnt want them to get stolen so we brought them into the store. The second we tried that the worker yells at us. I tried my best not to yell back. Then when i got my slurpee i was standing next to the door waiting for my friends and then he yells at me again. He said the door would smash me face even though it was an automatic door. He also charged me 30c for a bag even though im a kid. Never coming back here.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful.Yesterday, I bought a hot chocolate, a coffee and a blueberry muffin. The staff member at the counter gave me a carry tray which helped me carry the cups.

Disgusting behaviour from the female staff member saying I needed to prepay for fuel at 8am on a Tuesday morning.
