Outstanding Iyengar teachers - Henryk and Tamar bring clarity, inspiration and the knowledge and insight of their considerable experience to classes and private lessons that challenge, strengthen and align. The studio is gorgeous - light filled and well equipped.

I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga for 15 years under the guidance of various teachers. I love Tamar and Henryk's classes and the space they have created in Paddington. As teachers they are well qualified, but more than that, they are generous with their time and their expertise. Their classes are tailored to ensure that everyone gets specific attention to their needs, be that modifications in poses, encouragement to try something new, or to deepen our practice physically and mentally.I can't recommend Iyogaspace and Tamar and Henryck highly enough. Do a class with them and you'll be hooked!

Iyengar Yoga Space in is a sanctuary from the busyness of everyday life. Tamar and Henryk are highly qualified practitioners able to adapt to everyone's needs. Give them a go I'm sure you'll be back for more!!

Love the studio space at Iyengar Yoga Space in Paddington and it's in a great location near Paddington Markets.I really enjoy the classes with Henryk and Tamar - so much to learn but they make it easy to understand. Tamar has been my teacher for many years and continues to inspire me to keep exploring my practise. So great to see the Studio open.. Namaste
