This mob are an absolute joke, do not waste your money on insurance with them, 3 weeks now since my crash and they have not paid me out, they have taken my truck, which was deemed uneconomical to repair, I'm out of work now, but they still debit my account for the monthly insurance.I've left a deposit on a new truck and I've been waiting for the money to come through so I can go buy it but this mob keep stuffing me around and still haven't processed the money, I won't be insuring my new truck with these idiots, they are an absolute headache to deal with.
