The traditional ear ear canal cleaning with water left me with balance issues and splitting headaches, but this gentle removal of wax especially for people with hearing aides is just sensational. A visit to the GP is not as good as this method. Medicare should at least subsidise this. Great service!

I had noticed that my ears were blocked, and after reading that getting ears syringed by forcing water into them can only make matters worse, I decided to try my local Crystal Clear Ears centre. The procedure was quick and painless and the nurse was friendly, making the overall experience one that I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from blocked or sore ears. Thanks :D

My first visit to Crystal Clear Ears in Croydon was this morning. I was so impressed with the nurse, Mardi, who attended to me. She was very professional and gave me an excellent explanation about the structure of the ear and the causes/effects of wax build up. The procedure to unblock my ears using suction and special -purpose instruments was quick and completely painless. As soon as the procedure was completed, I could hear properly! What a great feeling it was! I would recommend this clinic to anyone with excessive wax build -up and will definitely return when the problem recurs.

wait 6 hours at eye and ear hospitals for the public ear cleaning...or for me with annoying ear problems, spend a few bucks and get a local service that makes me so happy. We need this service on medicare.

It was my first time at this clinic and I was blown away with the results!I arrived with extremely blocked ears which made me feel pretty gross for a period of time and left feeling 100% again, thank you - I will return when I need to again!
