Ordered a birthday cake to be picked up at 12pm (made a note to that effect). I arrive at 12pm to a note on the door ‘back in 20-25 mins’.Waited for 30 minutes in the freezing cold and was ultimately late to the birthday event.Employee arrived with KFC and complete disregard for pre-ordered pick-up time. Other people were also waiting for the shop to re-open.Although the cake was tasty and fresh (only reason I’m giving it 2 stars), the whole experience was poor and unprofessional. Won’t order from here again.

I bought Carrot Cake from the shop , it was so good and we enjoyed the cake. It seems to me that this is the best Cake shop I ever seen. I also tested another varieties of Cake that was so soft and delicious. Really yummy.. so good. I think everyone can try.

Bought a cake at the end of the day when they’d run out of strawberries for garnish. Beautiful alternative garnish created by the man who worked there, including fresh fruit & cherries. Great service & a delicious product.Convenient parking in front of store.Cute candles & cake toppers for sale too.

Good cakes but not always available. And the Asian gentleman has zero customer service skill. No smile, no contact, no communication. Phones are never answered as well, shop is often abandoned by the staff. Please don’t reply to this message asking me to email etc. if you care enough then do something about the poor customer service.
